Co-Founder & Principal · Client Strategy & Positioning

I lead client strategy and positioning, from business strategy and org expansion to branding and UX.

I’m not above any task. I’m just focused on getting the work done.

Our cultural backgrounds and unique perspectives as a collective of diverse creatives help our clients show up in a more authentic, impactful, and purposeful way.

It doesn’t mean I sit above the work. It means I’m accountable for whether it lands. Strategy sessions. Executive hiring panels. Brand repositioning. The unglamorous groundwork that makes a pitch work, and then keeps working six months after everyone has stopped talking about it.

I operate at the intersection of business strategy, human relationship dynamics, branding, and UX. That intersection is exactly where most agencies hand off to a project manager and leave the room. It’s where I lean in.

Nonprofit, then magazines, then product

Different worlds, same lesson. The tools change constantly. The human problem underneath them rarely does.

Understanding that problem takes presence, patience, and a willingness to actually sit with what a client is solving for, which is almost never the thing written in the brief. That connection, and the perspective Oak Theory brings as a collective of diverse creatives, is what shapes strategy that lands instead of strategy that presents well.

Strategy that precedes the deliverable, and outlasts it

I lead client strategy on organizational expansion for mission-driven organizations. In practice that means sitting inside campaign execution and leadership decisions, not producing assets from the sidelines. Most studios are hired to make a thing. We get hired for the harder version... figuring out what the organization is actually becoming, whether the positioning can carry it, and who needs to be in the room for it to hold.

Motherhood sharpened me. It didn’t dilute me. I have no patience for bureaucracy or competing egos, and I bring exactly the same clarity to client work. High trust, high care, zero interest in process theater. It’s why Oak Theory runs boutique and high-touch instead of scale-first, and why that shows up in the pricing, not just the pitch.

Off the clock

I train Muay Thai. I co-founded an apparel brand called Southpaw Stitches. Both taught me the same thing the boardroom did... show up prepared, stay adaptable, don’t waste motion.
