Contact details you choose to send us: your name, email, phone number, business name, budget range, and any notes.
Your answers to our package quiz. Once you enter your email in the quiz, we save your progress so we can follow up even if you don't finish.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, and Microsoft Clarity session recordings to see where pages get confusing. Text you type into forms is masked in those recordings, so we never see it there.
We use Google Ads, Meta, and OpenAI pixels to measure which ads bring people here, and to show you relevant Oak Theory ads on other sites. Under some US state laws this counts as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. We never send your name, email, notes, or anything you type to these platforms.
Use the "Do not sell or share my info" link at the bottom of any page. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months. We also honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, advertising pixels are turned off automatically.
We keep inquiries and quiz answers for as long as they're useful for working together, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact. Ask us any time and we'll delete them sooner.
